Tasks
The Marketing Assistant will primarily collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Community Manager, dividing their time between these two areas. He/she may also occasionally support other departments, such as Research and Sales, with specific tasks as needed.
Main tasks (non exhaustive):
SagaPoll Community Management
- Create content, including research questions, blog articles, and social media content (TikTok videos/reels…), in English and French
- Support content translation for articles, research materials, and app functionalities based on language skills
- Manage the online community by addressing panel member queries
- Contribute to survey app improvement efforts
- Promote the app across the continent by sourcing relevant influencers
B2B marketing activities
- Assist in creating corporate communication content using SEO best practices to showcase the company's expertise and generate sales leads
- Produce articles and case studies using Sagaci Research's extensive database and tools, incorporating some level of data analysis
- Contribute to the development and updating of marketing materials
- Support event organization and coordination (eg. webinar)
Profile
- Student in final year of Business, Communication and/or Marketing studies
- Interest in social media, content marketing and SEO
- You love to learn and are prepared to operate outside your comfort zone in order to do so
- You are a team player, you are not shy to ask for help
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, integrity and honesty
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. Portuguese and/or Arabic also valued.
- Must be based in Barcelona (or able to relocate to Barcelona with the right to work for the duration of the internship)
Duration & Allowance
- 4 to 6 months minimum starting July 2025
- A monthly contribution to expenses will be provided
