Tasks
The Marketing Assistant / Intern will work primarily with the Marketing Manager and Community Manager and will split his/her time between these two areas. He/she might also support other departments (ie. Research) with some specific work on an occasional basis (eg. translation…).
Main tasks (non exhaustive):
SagaPoll Community Management
- Creation of daily questions, validation, scripting and launching
- Writing new SagaPoll articles in EN (and FR if relevant) using SEO best practices
- Content creation for TikTok and Reels (video ideas, translation and publication)
- Depending on language skills available, translation of SagaPoll articles, daily questions, app functionalities
- Community management, ie. answering specific member questions
- Review of the app and suggest improvements
- Source influencers to help promote the app across the continent, etc
B2B marketing activities
- Support content creation for the company blog and social media platforms leveraging existing data from Sagaci products (SagaBrand, SagaCube, etc), daily questions, etc. Some level of analysis will be required to produce outputs such as:
- brand performance slides across countries / categories,
- consumer profiles,
- articles and case studies using SEO best practices
- Update marketing materials, prepare newsletters
- Support events organization, etc
Profile
- Student in final year of Business, Communication and/or Marketing studies (must be covered by a university agreement)
- Interest in social media and content marketing
- You love to learn and are prepared to operate outside your comfort zone in order to do so
- You are a team player, you are not shy to ask for help
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, integrity and honesty
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (compulsory) and French (desired)
- Must be based in Barcelona (or able to relocate to Barcelona for the duration of the internship)
Duration & Allowance
- 4 to 6 months minimum starting immediately
- A monthly contribution to expenses will be provided
